Refund and Returns Policy

At Swadeshi Poshak, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Exchange
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange.

Shipping Charges
